  1. No cornstarch? If i make peach cobbler without it, the liquid from the peaches becomes a swimming pool of too much liquid.

  3. First sight No! Then I saw the recipe and I’m ok with it. I just like a bit more bleed through to the top and tbh the texture of the top seems off – too firm. But I’d eat it! Happily! Love peach cobbler❤❤❤

  7. That's not cobbler, It's a peach buckle. Cooler is called cobbler because the peaches push up through the batter to look like a cobblestone street
