I added a bit too much maggi to the saffron rice and the curry was a little heavy on the green chili. Belsoy cream was added afterwards and it helped balance it out. It otherwise worked out well!
The main spices I used were garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander power, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, garam masala and Kasuri methi.
