One thing that I’ve learned so far in 2025 is that chicken wings are so easy and cheap to make at home. These garlic parm wings are so far my favorite at home wing recipe. And peep this, I can eat five of these wings for only 200 calories with 30 g of protein. The key ingredient for these wings is the Noblemade garlic parmesan wing sauce. I really don’t know why I waited until 2025 to make wings at home but WOW am I happy that I started!!
Ingredients: 5-7 servings!
