Unsweet Greek yogurt is used in a ton of savory dishes, I don’t see why this is stupid. You can use it in place of sour cream.

I mean, salmon and creme fraiche on toast is probably a thing. While creme fraiche is obv very different, it’s reminiscent of it and sour cream.

Looks great to me, but I think (if I may) that a little mild heat (like sriracha) would take this up a notch.
Also, if she likes unsweetened Greek yogurt, tell her to try it with chopped caramelized onions, pinch of salt, and a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.

Greek yogurt makes prefect since in that. It’s not like she’s putting danimals or gogurt on it.
Greek yogurt is tangy and great with fish.
