I do this too, I like to be able to eat more at dinner!! Looks great
I feel the same way. The days my breakfast is too large, I get more anxiety about what to eat the rest of the day.
I do this as well, I’m glad I’m not alone! I love waiting to have a bigger dinner because I’m definitely a night eater (since I was a kid) and it makes me happy to be able to share a decent meal with my partner.
