I live in LA, land of the sushi burrito, so I am on a mission to make “Burritos from Around the World”. Here is my Lebanese Burrito- Kibbeh is the national dish of Lebanon, this version is made with Impossible Meat, but on my website and YT channel I also have a version made of pumpkin, if you aren’t into the meat replacements you could throw that in a burro too- enjoy!
