A did a catered lunch at my office earlier this week and this dish was absolutely incredible. So incredible, I want to try to recreate it. I did try googling recipes but most didn’t have the olives and capers – the addition of which made this so good!

Put your chicken on a hot pan, and a clove of garlic cut in half, make it all golden, we don’t usually add the wine in pizzaiola but if you want add like half a glass of white wine and deglaze it, make all the alcohol in the wine evaporate, remove the garlic. Add some raw tomato sauce, add a pinch of salt, olives and capers and oregano, cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for like 15 minutes. That’s it.
