- Sf Maple syrup (2 tbsp)~5 cal
- Strawberries (x3) ~15 cal
- Kiwi slices ~32 cal
- Baby carrots (x5) ~20 cal
- Large egg (cooked w/ spray) ~75 cal

๐ฅ 3 tbsp Egg Substitute
๐ฅ20 grams AP Flour
๐ฅ20 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
๐ฅSweetener (to taste; I did 2 tbsp)
๐ฅ1 tbsp Baking Powder
๐ฅ1-2 tbsp water (adjust as needed)
๐ฅ1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
๐ฅ1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
๐ฅ3-4 cubed strawberries
๐ฅฃ Mix all ingredients from egg substitute to cinnamon. Pour batter onto sprayed cooking surface and drop in a few cubed strawberries. Cook & enjoy!
