okay there was this place called Crispy School in KTLA/WESTLAKE area. It’s now permanently closed their Yelp is still up but I NEED to know where to get chicken like this again. The breading is like katsu but more like SHARDS of crispiness don’t know how to explain it. The chicken very flat almost like chicken cutlets. Pictures are from Yelp they have many! (Also if you know why they closed down pls lmk they seemed busy every time I went!)
Any recommendations for unique chicken tenders are appreciated!
