With a slice of Smoked Medium Cheddar and a slice of Colby Jack for the cheeses!!! I mixed some Lawry's Garlic Salt with a little remaining butter.

Wound up not being quite enough butter so i spread a lil mayo and sprinkled a touch extra garlic salt on one of the sides!

Chips are pictured this go around with some Jays Hot Stuff potato chips.

Twas a tasty flavorful sandwich! Mmm

Oh and the bread I used was Pepperidge farms white italian bread.

Also *bologna* gosh I hate getting typos lol

You’re a culinary genius. I want to make this for my household with no warning- just spring this wild deliciousness upon them. What smoked cheddar do you like? I found a hickory smoked Tillamook I enjoyed, but it was a little pricey for a meal of sandwiches.

Has anyone ever tried packing a fried bologna sandwich for lunch at work? Of course I don’t expect the cheese to be gooey or the bread to be crisp.

But is there any point to frying the bologna? Or should I just do the elementary school thing with mustard and white bread?
