this right here this is one of the absolute easiest most delicious dinners that I make all the time you only need five main ingredients plus some seasonings and five minutes of prep you need four chicken breasts and you’re going to pound them out to a 1 in even thickness spray a 9 by13 casserole dish place our chicken breasts inside season them with some garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper and do that on both sides then we’re going to drizzle with some olive oil and just massage it in for a second pour 16 oz of salsa verde over the top lift them up a little bit just to make sure that there’s some of the salsa verde on the bottom but make sure that the chicken breasts are still fully covered and sprinkle two cups of Monterey Jack cheese over the top then this bakes at 425° for about 25 minutes or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165 the sauce should be bubbly and the cheese nice and golden and then I finish it with some diced tomatoes and fresh chopped cilantro or parsley if you hate cilantro and I always serve it with some rice you could also serve this with avocado and sour cream or mayonnaise to balance out some of the heat it just it never disappoints

  1. Looks excellent! My family really doesn't like anything spicy though. Would a plain old mild red salsa be a good substitute for the salsa verde? Or is there something else you would recommend as a substitute?

  2. Just made this tonight put some spicy black beans in the pan next to it, freaking delicious.

  3. This is my husband's favorite dinner. I've been making it for a few years after seeing her video on her website. Its so good. we add chopped avocado on top, too. Its fantastic.

  4. I made this and it’s freaking AWESOME. My boyfriend and I were eating it and kept looking at each other saying “this is SO good!!!” Can’t believe it.

We forgot to buy the cheese so we used mozzarella, and we also added peppers and onions. It was to die for. We love your videos. Thank you!!
