Bought the recipe from Salted Rye on Instagram. I added homemade Raspberry Jam and Rose water to the buttercream recipe. I also added freshly peeled and pitted lychees, and raspberries on top. It was wonderful!

Delicious! What type of buttercream is it. I am imagining something light and fresh. Like stabilized whipped cream.

  6. Looks lovely!! Aren’t lychees the best? Such a great flavor combo for summer. 🫶

That looks incredible…genuinely thought at first glance that the lychees looked a bit like pickled onions 🤣

Is the lychee flavour within the sponge or just the buttercream ?
