recently blended cottage cheese for the first time and have gotten back into sugar free pudding mixes, so I wanted to share this recipe. im aware it's not that photogenic, but it tastes pretty good!

i listed all the ingredients in the second image. it's a really simple recipe. you'll blend everything (other than the cool whip) until smooth, then move it to another container and fold in the cool whip. freeze for 4-5 hours then thaw for 15 or until it's not as icey. i like topping it with fruit or sugar free sauces (like jordan's skinny caramel syrup). it surprisingly doesn't have a cottage cheese flavor (which is nice), plus the volume is rather good.

…just realized i put “thaw for 15” after referencing hours, rather than “thaw for 15 minutes”. sorry about that 💀

  2. Can someone explain to me why y’all go through all this trouble to do stuff like this when an equal amount of ice cream is the same amount of calories? Or you can even do frozen yogurt that has fewer?

Do you prefer this or is this your attempt at eating “healthier”? Cuz you can just eat 2/3 cup of ice cream and it’s like 260 calories.
