How do you make a real poutinea? Before I give you the recipe, let’s set the record straight at one thing. Putca does not have onions. It does not have grated cheese. It’s also all in the quality of the ingredients. Here’s my recipe. Extra virgin olive oil. The colobana. Smash two cloves of garlic. Bam. Pam. Put them in. One heaping teaspoon of pepperonino. There are two versions to a pan. The Neapolitan version does not have anchovies. Only the Roman one does. I like it. They just dissolve in the oil. In the end, you can even see them. Capers that have been previously rinsed. How many depends on how much you like capers really? I’m using 12. Which olives to use? Olivet, of course. Unfitted. 125 g. 500 g of peeled tomatoes. I’m using samarano. We’re going to let it cook for about 25 minutes. Spaghetti. You can use vermicelli or you can use bukatini. It’s even allowed. Never short pasta ever. So if you go to some Italian restaurant and you see riatoni puta just get the out. Spaghetti al dente pasta water. [Music] Time to plate. And that is how we make spaghetti lautan. So good. How’s that possible that everything I make is so good?

  1. So pretentious 😂 yeah right I should gtfo of a restaurant because they used ‘wrong’ ingredients even when the taste is good?

  2. Unpitted olives!! I agree with all of this recipe, but unpitted olives in a fork of pasta, might break your teeth.. I really don't get it, it makes it too uncomfortable to eat, just for being "real".

  3. I like short noodles, especially penne because they hold more sauce. Spaghetti is too much noodle to sauce ratio, but that's just me.

  4. I never thought I would see where anchovies would be used, but this actually makes sense the saltines and the flavor Yum

  5. If I wanna do it with onions and grated cheese, by God, I'm gonna. You know why? Cuz I like it that way, "authenticity " be damned

  6. Italians are the only people I know that look at traditional food as outright law.

I love messing with classic recipes and putting twists on things, but I would never enter an Italian home and f*** with their meals. 😂

  7. Too mutch tomato liquid. It should coat the pasta like an emulsified glaze rather than a full sauce. In my personal taste and expierience. Also MUST have the anchovies, gives the dish such a beautiful richness and depth. Beautifully made sir
