Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili flakes – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Whole cloves – 5
Whole black pepper – 5

Garnish with Green chilies & julienned ginger
