4tbsp of butter

3 cups of heavy cream

1 tsp of chicken bouillon
1 cup of fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Hey, what’s up everybody? This is Cooking with Cheeks. I’m about to go to the grocery store. I’m going to make I’m going to be making um some chicken Alfredo tonight for dinner. I’m going to be bringing you guys along with me. I hope you guys enjoyed the last video. So, come on, guys. Let’s go. Okay, guys. So, we’re about to go to Statera Brothers. [Music] We’re about to go to the store. Okay, here we are at the grocery store. We’ll be needing some here. So, we will be needing some garlic cloves and I think I’m going to use some shallots instead of some onions. So, let me grab a bag. Okay, I’m going to be getting some shallots, guys. You can also get them from the butcher, but I like to get these. These are already You can get chicken breast as well, but these ones are already thinly sliced. So, these are perfect. I’m going to Okay, so I’m going to be getting this one if I can put it in the bag, guys. Okay, we already got the chicken and we got the So now guys, we’re going to be getting some Parmesan cheese and we need some heavy cream as well. We’re going to be getting some heavy cream. Where’s the butter, guys? I always like to use the challenge brand. Okay, guys. So, now we just need to get some cheese. I need some Parmesan cheese. Fresh Parmesan cheese. Are you kidding me? Oh, no. We don’t have it. So, they don’t have the Parmesan cheese, guys, over there. I’m going to have to keep looking. Okay, guys. So, I have found the Parmesan cheese. Here it is. I will be taking this one. This is the one I like to use. Oh, This is the one I like to use when I make my chicken Alfredo. [Music] Okay, guys. So, I’m going to be getting also some heavy whipping cream. I’m going to grab this one. [Music] So, I just have to grab a couple more items, guys, and that’s it. Actually, I think I’m done. I just needed these couple things. A lot of the ingredients I don’t buy because I already have at home. Especially the condiments, like the ingredients I definitely have at home. So, let’s get some feruini. So, now I’m just going to check out. I got everything that I needed. I’m going to go check out. Let’s go. Got the cheese, the heavy cream. [Music] I’m sorry. Sorry. We had to add a taheen on there. It’s not part of the meal. Okay. Okay, guys. So, we just got done at the grocery store. I’m going to be heading home and I’m going to be showing you guys how I make my chicken alfredo. I’m driving back home. I wish that we had a Stater Brothers in Escanido. We used to have one in my city, but they took it away. So now I got to drive to Stater Brothers. But it’s all right. It’s all good. It’s all It’s worth it. We are about to start making our chicken. We are going to be using these breast, thin sliced breast. You can also use uh chicken breast. It’s the same thing. You can thinly slice it yourself, whatever works for you. Okay guys, so now I’m just going to season my chicken breast. I will be seasoning my chicken breast with garlic, salt, and pepper. And I will also be using paprika. I hope you guys enjoy these videos that I make for you guys cuz I enjoy making them for you guys. So now let’s get started. So we’re going to add garlic salt. We’re going to do it on both sides. Make sure you wash your hands before you add the other seasoning. You don’t want to crosscontaminate. Okay, we’re also going to add some pepper. Add some pepper. This is my favorite pepper so far. Okay, now let’s flip it around. Like I said, I’m going to rinse my hands really quick since I did touch the chicken. And I’m going to season the other side with black pepper as well, guys. Paprika. Add a little bit of paprika. Do the same to the other side. Okay, guys. So, just add paprika on both sides. And then in a pan, you’re going to go ahead and turn your pan on to medium heat. And a little bit of olive oil, guys. Just add a bit of olive oil. In here. Chicken breast in here. Here’s the chicken, guys. It’s cooking. Once it comes to a boil, right now I’m going to be adding the fetuccini in there. Just going to cut them. I’m going add about two cups of water. And then we’re going to be adding our broccoli in here. And we’re just going to let it steam in here. Make sure you cover it and let it come to a boil. Okay guys, so we’re going to use three garlic cloves. And then we’re going to use a shallot. This is our shallot. Okay. Okay guys, so here we have it. We have um minced garlic and we have three minced garlic and we have a shallot that we will be using. As you guys can see guys, the chicken is ready now. Okay, so there’s the pasta guys. It’s almost ready as well. So here’s our broccoli. It’s ready. We’re going to be adding a little bit of butter just to give it a little bit of flavor. We’re going to add about 3 tablespoon of butter. I like to use the challenge butter, the salted one, but you can use whichever one you prefer. I just feel like it does give the food a different flavor. Half of a minced garlic in here. Okay, just let them cook with the butter for about 5 minutes. Stir them occasionally so they don’t burn cuz your butter is going to start drying up. That’s our pasta. So, our pasta’s about to be ready, guys. Once it’s ready, I’m going to go ahead and drain the water out. And then after that, I’m going to add about three to four tablespoons of butter just so that um it does make a difference when you add butter to your pasta because it doesn’t stick all together when it dries up and it becomes all like it it stays nice and neat when you put butter on it. Now after that guys, you can go the onions, your chopped up shallots, and also your garlic. Our butter is starting to melt. Here it is guys. I have some shallots and I also have some minced garlic. I used three minced garlics and I used one shallot. So now we’re going to throw it in here. And then we’re just going to mix. It smells so good, guys. Going to be adding some heavy whipping cream. About two cups. We will be adding three cups of the heavy whipping cream. Okay, we’re going to be adding some salt. And you can add as much as you want. Depends how salty you want it. Also going to be adding some pepper. [Music] Okay, guys. So, we’re just going to mix it. So, you can see guys, if you need more salt at this point, and if you do, then go ahead and add some more to your liking. So, the last thing we’re going to add, guys, to our sauce is going to be some Parmesan cheese. This is the one I like to use, guys, when I make chicken Alfredo. You can turn it down on low heat. We’re also going to add, guys, one tablespoon, one teaspoon of chicken bullion. I think that it tastes perfect. It does not need any more salt, but like I said, if you want to add some more, it’s up to you guys. But to me, mine is perfect. We’re also going to be adding one cup of the Parmesan cheese. You can also add red crushed pepper flakes in here, but I’m not going to because my kids are going to be eating this, too, and they don’t like it spicy. My oldest does, but not my two youngest. Actually, my my son likes it spicy, too, but not my my youngest. My baby, she doesn’t like it spicy. So, that’s it. Now, mix all your pasta in the sauce. Here we have it, our creamy pasta. Okay, guys. So, here’s the chicken. I already cut it. It’s just ready to be put on top of the pasta. Got it. There’s our chicken. I’m actually going to be adding, guys, some dry parsley cuz I don’t really like a lot of fresh parsley. So, there it is, guys. our pasta. It’s ready and we’re just going to serve it. So, here it is, guys. We have chicken Alfredo. We um has broccoli, chicken, pasta, and some parsley. Everything goes well together. So, let’s give it a try. It tastes so good, guys. It is so creamy. [Music] It is so delicious and so creamy, so good. So, if you’re looking for a simple and delicious way on how to make um pasta alfredo, here it is, guys. I usually um make my own sauce.
