Tryna get sumthin the pupper and I can both eat guiltfree (as a kibble topper).
If you're wondering if they taste good, I would say YES.
Had fishwife in lemon earlier today, and this was obviously duller but still good and worth it.
Not an expert or anything, just something I have been toying with and couldn't find much info on.

I think it’s rad that you wanna share these with your buddy, and that you were thoughtful enough to get the unsalted ones in water so they are as healthy as possible for him. You’re a good pet parent.
I give my dog sardines in olive oil, he likes them with butter.
Never give your doggo any salt ever, you can easily give them kidney problems or worse.
I feed these to my cats and myself so I share the sentiment. It’s great when you wanna add a little extra protein without extra salt or more fat from oil when you’re working it.
I eat these as well. No salt no oil. I can add my own to taste.
