These rolls are my absolute favorite They are extremely fluffy And full of orange flavor Milk – ½ cup (120ml) Fresh yeast – 2 ½ tsp. (10g)
or dry yeast – 1 ½ tsp. (5g) Mix well Pour into mixing bowl Orange juice – ¼ cup (60ml) One egg Bread flour – 3 cups (360g) A pinch of salt Start mixing Mix on medium speed for 10 minutes Or knead by hand for 10 minutes The dough is not sticky at all When it’s done, it’s smooth Zest a big orange It will add a lot of flavor to the dough Sugar – 4 tbsp. (50g) Mix for 10 minutes The dough is ready when it’s elastic and shiny Vegetable oil – 1 ½ tbsp. (20g) Softened butter – 3 tbsp. (40g) Mix for 5 more minutes The fats make the rolls as soft as a cloud Here’s how to test dough readiness Grab and stretch the dough You should almost see through it Gather the dough into a ball with a wet hand This step is optional, but so rewarding! Cover and let rise for 2 hours Grease the work surface Stretch the dough and fold it Fold again Start flattening the dough Roll the dough into a large rectangle Orange jam – ¾ cup (250g) Spread the jam on the dough Almond flour – ¼ cup (30g) Sprinkle on top Start rolling Roll tightly Pinch the edge to seal it Cool trick: use a piece of string to cut Less messy than cutting with a knife Place the rolls in the pan What country are you watching from? Please say Hi in the comments below 🥰 I would love to hear from you 🥰 Cover and let rise for 1 hour Looking great! Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes The aroma is incredible! So fluffy! For the glaze:
Powdered sugar – ¾ cup (100g) Cream cheese – ½ cup (100g) Melted butter – 1 ½ tbsp. (20g) Mix until creamy Perfectly smooth! Glaze the rolls while still warm Allow the rolls to cool So soft! Can’t wait to taste them The layers are full of orange flavor Dough breaks into fluffy strands Let me know what you think!

Watching from India. I don't have a mixing stand. Will try by hand.
Saw wherd a bakef used almond meal in the filling for his cinnamon scrolls but he didnt mention quantity. You have now filled in that blank for me.
Why add orange peal butter & oil at the end . Why not implement it with rest of ingredients.?
