Ingredients:
▢6 Persian cucumbers
▢1 medium red onion
▢1 cup fresh dill, chopped
▢2 cloves garlic
▢2 tablespoons white vinegar
▢½ cup whole milk yogurt
▢1 teaspoon salt
▢¼ teaspoon black pepper
▢2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

this creamy cucumber salad is made with yogurt and is going to be your favorite this summer all you have to do is to mix cucumber with red onion some herbs i use dill you can use parsley or green onion some garlic and vinegar and that’s it just give it a good mix add the yogurt with some salt and pepper give it another mix until everything is combined refrigerate it for just a few minutes top it with olive oil and if desired with some Aleppo pepper and dried mint give it a try and make sure to follow
