• Honey – 60 g
• Pistachio paste – 200 g
• Salt – pinch
• Malic acid – ¼ tsp
• Xanthan gum – ¼ tsp

    Can you tell me what Malic Acid and Xanthan gum do.
    I’ve only ever used eggs, sugar etc
