The white potatoes were freshly dug out of a friend garden and they are so delicious in these green beans.
Hey y’all. Welcome back to Georgia Cooking for the Soul. Today I’m going to be cooking some green beans. I have some smoked neck bones in the pot and I have three small pigtails. I can’t pick them up, but you see the end of it right there. They have been cooking for an hour and a half. I’m going to add some add the string beans to them now. And also have I have some new potatoes fresh out the garden. I’m going to add those in about 20 or 30 minutes left of cook time of the green beans. I put the lid on them and let them cook. I may add a little oil to them cuz like they might need some, but I’m going to taste them and see how the sal needed sauce. All right, I’ll be back. Okay, I just added the new potatoes. I let them cook. Once the potato is tender, the uh everything will be ready. I’ll be back. Okay, this what it looking like. I taste it and it is so delicious.
