Steam Wand Issues

So it wasn't working at all last night, was sent a video by bar staff. So I took the wand apart and cleaned it all. Still comes out weak. Yeah we have two wands though we're scared to use the other one seeing as the boiler gauge for it is red 😳

Specifically using a Conti Monte Carlo, can't remember the model number and its worn off.
