    What are the ingredients on this? If this was the lowest buns possible at 140cal, that’s 840 in buns.

    If you did 3oz of what looks like maybe chicken? Thats 720 in chicken ea.

    The cheese slice if you did sargentos thin, that’s 420 in cheese.

    You’re already well over 1300.

    I am struggling to figure out how this is 1300 since you have about 1300 in bread and cheese.

    Keto buns (6×50) – 300 cals
    4 oz. lean hamburger (6×200) – 1200 cals
    Cheese slices (6×70) – 420 cals
    A bit more for condiments

    Are the burgers 93% lean and paper thin or something? Half cheese slices?

    6 McDonald’s hamburgers is 250 x 6 = 1500

    5 McDonald’s Cheeseburgers 300 x 5 = 1500

    4 McGriddles Cheese Bacon and Egg = ~ 1500 kcal
