Apple crumble. Grate two apples. A couple of tablespoons of sugar. A touch of cinnamon. When the sugar goes brown, add the apple. Slice up two apples. Apples in dried cranberries. Gives it that nice sort of shock in the texture. Sit the lemon zest on top of your apples and cranberry. Fresh lemon juice over. Flour in. A couple of tablespoons of dear sugar. Butter in a breadcrumb mixture with a touch of cinnamon. Musli 2/3 crumble. Mix that in. Start off in the center. Turn the gas back on. That caramel starting to bubble down the side. Bake at 200° C for 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown. And look at it. With apples at their absolute best. Peaceful.
