My daughter asked for buffalo chicken stuffed peppers, so it looks like we’re having buffalo chicken stuffed peppers for dinner. Uhuh. Start with shredding up a rotisserie chicken. Check it for poison. We’re good. Raven, be patient. You got to be patient. I said be patient. Okay, fine. Wash your hands. Now, chop it up tiny. Now, heat up your pan and put in some butter. Add in your celery and onions. Now add the chicken, pepper, garlic, little bit of salt. Take a wine break if you need it. Now add in the cream cheese. Now add your hot sauce. Clean up your mess. Now let’s start cutting the peppers. Take the tops off. Pull out the seeds. There you go. Clean up your mess. Now we need to shred up some cheese and cut up the green onion. Good. Line break. Spray your pan down. Start stuffing the peppers. Top them with a little bit of cheese. Cover with temple. Put them in the oven on 400 for about 30 minutes. Then take them off and cook them uncovered for about 20 more.

  1. I love your channel ❤ 💕 ♥ 💛 💖 💗 and I love your home, I've been wanting to purchase a double wide fixer upper ❤❤❤❤

  2. They look amazing!!!! Have you tried cutting the pepper straight down the middle… I find it’s easier to roast. I hated having to clean up the mess from the toppled over peppers all the time…lol!

  3. My mom and grandma always boiled the peppers first for just a few minutes to make sure they were soft and good to eat when you stuffed them.

  4. I absolutely love your content. FYI, aluminum has been linked to dementia and alzheimers…you may want to put a sheet of parchment between your food and the foil. 🙏❤

  5. Please stop using the spray pam it has to many chemicals in it just use butter or olive oil. Keep your family safe

  6. Yummy ….. love you receipes !!! If you dont mind me asking ? What kind of wine do you drink ? It looks refreshing ….. I have a hard time finding one I like.

  7. Just a small tip….par boil your peppers before you stuff them, they will cook in the oven faster since your filling is already cooked. Theyll be nice and soft.

  8. Growing up my mom used to make stuff pepper. Sometimes she use kraut and other times she used hamburger. She used the smaller, about sliver dollar size. Along with some celery sticks filled with homemade pimento cheese. I'm 73 so that was a long time ago.

  9. I save ally pepper and tomatoes seeds to plant back in the garden . No need to buy them . Love your cooking vids hon 😊
