Going to hold off another week and hope the last 2 green ones turn yellow. Gonna make some mango habanero sauce. Any good easy recipes?

I make plum/habanero jelly. I grow several plants and in the fall I will have a 5 gallon bucket full. I will dry them, run them through the spice grinder and then use the powder just like black pepper. I put them in salsa, made mango/habanero jam. I will throw a couple, sliced in half, in a pot of pinto beans. Just use your imagination.

I would suggest a larger pot, think 5 gallon bucket. I think you would have a better yield. Good luck and enjoy

Great job! Not easy to get so many peppers in a little container like that.
