When I have a bunch of smoked turkey lunch meat and swiss I always make this. You better believe after Thanksgiving this meat is all left over turkey, but until then this scratches the itch. The bread is toasted lightly, layered with melted swiss cheese, glob of potatoes in the middle, gravy, potatoes on top and smothered in gravy again. It stands about 10" high.

    I think i’d prefer this as an open faced sandwich with just once slice of break, but either way, i’d devour this.
