I wish they had better tracking options for calorie or serving size tracking. The serving sizes aren't exactly listed, especially not on meals like soups. It's hard because I'm trying to diet through a medical weight loss bariatrics program where I have to track my calories and log my meals and I'm having a hard time logging smaller portions of hello fresh meals because I don't know what "1 serving" of some of these meals actually is.
For example, who can tell me how much a serving of this soup is?
I ate 250ml of it for dinner but in MyFitnessPal its only letting me log 1 serving, and this shows up as one serving 750 calories but I know 250ml of soup isn't considered a full serving. HELP 😭

It should be easy to figure out based on how many servings you made. I buy meals for 4, so each meal whatever is made divided by 4 is what HF provides the calories for. I’m not sure if they include an estimate for added butter or oil though. I did a calorie comparison on a couple meals a while back but I forget.
Just split your meals into portions and divide the calories. If you split that one 710 calorie soup into 2 you just do I’ve 710 by 2.
Also, HF makes small changes to recipes all the time so if the calorie counts on there are wrong just add the meal yourself.
