Welcome back! Today we’re making
a refreshing yogurt cucumber dip. We take a cucumber
and peel it. 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated. Roughly grate the cucumber. For two people, we use
250 g of yogurt. Mix well. Depending on your taste,
you can add more yogurt. 2 teaspoons of olive oil. A pinch of salt. 1 tablespoon of dried mint
adds a Turkish touch. Cold mineral water with or without
carbonation, for the right consistency. Taste it and… WONDERFUL!
