Priprema :
Svinjske snicle od buta ili krmenadle izlupati tanko pa zaciniti solju i biberom, na njih staviti listove sunke i izrendan kackavalj i onda lagano urolati meso u rolat.
Rolovano meso prebacimo na vec pripremljenu slaninu i lagano zamotamo slaninu oko rolata.
Gotov rolat prebacimo na aluminijumsku foliju, koju smo prethodno pouljili i posolili da nam se meso ne zalepi za aluminijumsku foliju, uvijemo dobro rolat sa svih strana.
U pleh sa rolatom sipamo malo vode i pecemo na 250 stepeni pola sata.
Dok se meso pece premimo povrce krompir, sargarepu i beli luk.
Krompir i sargarepu isecemo na krupno a beli luk samo odvojimo cenove, zacinimo sa solju, zacinom c, alevom paprikom, dimljenom paprikom, biberom i uljem pa sve dobro promesamo.
Posle pola sata izvadimo rolat iz rerne, odmotamo iz alu folije i ponovo vracamo na dalje pecenje sa povrcem.
Pecemo dok meso ne dobije boju i dok povrce ne bude gotovo.
Ispecen rolat isecemo na komade pospemo persunom i serviramo sa pecenim krompirom i sargarepom.
Dekorisemo sa svezom rukolom koju pospemo sa aceto balzamiko kremom.

Bacon-Wrapped Pork Roll
Ingredients:
β’ Pork (leg or pork chops)
β’ Ham
β’ Kashkaval cheese (or any semi-hard cheese)
β’ Fresh bacon (sliced)
β’ Salt
β’ Seasoning C (or Vegeta)
β’ Black pepper
β’ Sweet paprika
β’ Smoked paprika
β’ Garlic
β’ Parsley
β’ Oil
β’ Potatoes
β’ Carrots
β’ Rocket salad (for decoration)
β’ Balsamic glaze (aceto crema) for decoration

Preparation:
Pound the pork schnitzels (from leg or pork chops) thin, then season them with salt and black pepper.
Place slices of ham and grated cheese on top, then carefully roll the meat into a roulade.
Place the meat roll onto the prepared slices of bacon and wrap the bacon around the roll.
Transfer the wrapped roll onto a piece of aluminum foil thatβs been lightly oiled and salted to prevent sticking. Wrap the foil tightly around the roll.
Place the roll in a baking dish, add a little water to the pan, and bake at 250Β°C (480Β°F) for 30 minutes.
While the meat is baking, prepare the vegetables:
Roughly chop the potatoes and carrots, and separate the garlic cloves (do not peel).
Season everything with salt, seasoning C (or Vegeta), sweet paprika, smoked paprika, black pepper, and oil. Mix well.
After 30 minutes, remove the meat roll from the oven, unwrap it from the foil, and return it to the oven along with the prepared vegetables.
Bake until the meat is nicely browned and the vegetables are fully cooked.
Once done, slice the roll, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with the roasted potatoes and carrots.
Garnish with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
