A “quesadilla” from a Mexican restaurant in the middle of nowhere
Stopped at a Mexican restaurant while out of town. Ordered a beef quesadilla. There was a little wetness when the plate was set down and then I tilted the plate and it was flooded with a ton of greasy water.

Not unusual for a quesadilla to be served sin queso in Mexico City. But even still this may qualify for r/mexicanfoodgore status

As a Mexican-American, I felt my soul become wounded by looking upon this horrid imitation of my favorite snack food. ¿¿Por amor de dios, ni puedes poner asadero en ese pobre chingadera??
