These baked tomatoes are simply perfect for summer: on the beach, for a picnic in the park or simply at home. They can be prepared in advance and you just need to know the quantity of rice that in 2 spoons for each tomatoes. Let’s make my bagel tomatoes stuffed with rice. A classic comforting dish from the heart of Italy. Cut the tops of your tomatoes and scoop out the inside with an ice cream scoop. Place all the part in a bowl and add garlic, olive oil, basil, and oregano. and salt, of course. Blend everything into a fragrant tomato juice. Put it back into the bowl. Add a bit of tomato pasta and your rice. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes. One. Now, season the tomatoes with salt and turn them upside down on a plate. Once the ratoto has soaked, put in a pot and add a splash of water. Cook it all in a pot until it reaches a rottol like consistency. And when it stick it thick enough, remove from the heat, add grated parmyo and diced mozzarella and black pepper. Stir well. And now cut the a little bit of the bottom of tomatoes to avoid them flipping. Now fill your tomatoes. Still using the ice cream scoop. Top with more parmyo and a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling. And that’s it. Bona petito.
