I made the most amazing banana split cake. Start by creaming four large eggs and 1 and 1/2 cups of white sugar. Into another dish, melt one stick of butter into one cup of milk. Then you’re going to add 1 tbsp of vanilla, a tablespoon of oil. Whisk that and set it aside. Then to another bowl, you’re going to add 2 cups of flour, 2 and 1/2 tesps of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Whisk that and set it aside. Now to the egg sugar mixture, you’re going to slowly add your batter and mix. then your milk mixture and mix and keep alternating it until it’s all completely mixed in. Then you’re going to grease a casserole dish, pour your batter in it, bake it at 350 for about 20 minutes, put it in the fridge, and let it completely cool. Then you’re going to poke some holes into your cake, spread on a layer of vanilla pudding, and then you’re going to add sliced strawberries, lots and lots of bananas. I love bananas. And then we’re going to top it with a cream cheese topping, which is two blocks of cream cheese and one tub of Cool Whip. Mix that all together. Now, before you put that on the top, we’re going to drizzle some chocolate syrup on it. Put that on top. And then once it’s all spread out beautifully, we’re going to drizzle more chocolate on it. Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes and serve. Holy cow, you guys. Amazing.
