    Please post all of your recipes / lists of ingredients!

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    ***Sunday prep*** – Dinners for Mon-Wed. Snacks + breakfast for bf. Took me roughly 4 hours, start to finish.

    * Breakfast sandwiches – [homemade English muffins](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z55zwFhByyE&t=147s), fried egg, cheese, mortadella
    * [Granola bars](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVy_uHZ8s-g) – white chocolate, walnuts, almonds, cranberries
    * Seasoned pork butt, [vinegar sauce](https://meatwave.com/recipes/barbecue-sauce-recipe-north-carolina-vinegar-sauce), cole slaw, and [burger buns](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgOPS52e59E&t=19s) for pulled pork sandwiches. Leftover pulled pork was used for his lunches. Extra I freeze in 1/2 portions for later sandwich cravings
    * Pork belly cubed and jasmine rice for [hong shao rou](https://handletheheat.com/browned-butter-toffee-chocolate-chip-cookies/)
    * Chicken cutlets and curry for chicken katsu curry – Chicken pounded, seasoned with s+p, placed in fridge for few hours, then coated in flour/egg/panko, and freeze flat on cookie sheet before bagging in container.
    * [Toffee brown butter chocolate chip cookies](https://handletheheat.com/browned-butter-toffee-chocolate-chip-cookies/)

    *The English muffins require a poolish made 12 hours before.

    ***Thursday prep*** **-** Dinners for Thur-Mon. Plus dessert.

    * [Double chocolate zucchini muffins ](https://iambaker.net/chocolate-zucchini-muffins)- they taste so much better after 24 hours
    * Hot dog buns same recipe as the burger bun recipe I linked above but shaped differently. Made the peppers/onions and buns for bratwursts. Except we used peppers/onions for breakfast the next day lol
    * [Tonkotsu](https://www.reddit.com/r/ramen/comments/2l2eas/here_it_is_the_granddaddy_of_them_all_homemade_18) broth, [chashu](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWanWdZ7Lu0), and ramen eggs for Tonkotsu ramen. I used some of the leftover chashu braising liquid for the eggs.
    * Marinated chicken for [caesar salads](https://www.seriouseats.com/caesar-dressing-recipe) and chicken chow mein
    * [Tater tots ](https://www.reddit.com/r/eatsandwiches/comments/1kvc1uv/comment/mu8llnz/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button)

    *Started soaking bones for ramen Tuesday night, cooked broth Wednesday night into Thursday early evening.

    Omg! This isn’t meal prep, it’s gourmet dining. This looks incredible and I’m shocked it only took 4 hours (which is long but this food looks to die for). I’d love to eat like this every week!!
