• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• ½ cup dry white wine
• Mascarpone cheese
• Tomato puree
• Fresh spinach

Today I’m going to share with you an amazing date-night recipe: pasta with shrimp, spinach, and a creamy tomato & mascarpone sauce. lets get started After sautéing the onions for 2–3 minutes, we add the garlic. for this recipe, I used a Sauvignon Blanc dry white wine from New Zealand Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to cook off the alcohol and bring out the flavor. Once the alcohol has evaporated from the wine, we add our tomato sauce and let it cook for 10 minutes. Mascarpone is a slightly sweet and creamy Italian chees The acidic nature of the wine and tomatoes pairs beautifully with the mascarpone cheese.That is why I am using it Lower the heat and add the spinach.
