This one’s buttery, zesty, and ready in no time. A quick pan sauce, golden bites of something tender, and flavors that feel like a cozy dinner in a little Italian kitchen. INGREDINTS:
4 chicken fillet
Season with salt and black pepper
All purpose flour
6 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp olive oil, plus more as needed
1 shallot
1 lemon, halved (half sliced and half juiced)
230ml (3/4 cup) chicken stock
4 tsp capers
Coarsely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Cherry Tomato Caesar Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
6 crisp leaves romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
225g (1/2 pound) cherry tomatoes
4 anchovies packed in oil
Parmesan
Black pepper

today 😋, both easy, both delicious, and each with its own flavor twist 🤤🤩. 1/2 onion. Stir in the onion. 1 carrot. Add the carrot to the pan. 3 garlic cloves. 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing wine). 3 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp oyster sauce. 1/2 small cabbage. Add the cabbage to the pan. Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) water and stir to combine. Pour in the remaining 1/2 cup (120 ml) water and mix well. 3 sprigs of spring onion. Sauté for a minute. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil. Now let’s make the second chicken breast recipe — totally different, still delicious! mm…delicious 😋. 4 chicken breasts. Using a vegetable peeler or coarse grater, grate or shave cheese over the salad. Remove the chicken, place on a plate. and repeat with the remaining pieces, adding more olive oil if needed. 1 shallot. 1 lemon. slice half a lemon and another half for later use. Add lemon slices to the pan and sauté, stirring occasionally, until lightly caramelized and fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. 3/4 cup (230 ml ) chicken stock. simmer until reduced by half, about 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the remaining 3 tbsp butter, 4 tsp capers, and lemon juice, to taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
