    Looks like your firebox got full of pellets before it ignited – and now they’re all burning at once. You can shut it off and let it burn out and that should clear things up for ya.

  3. Too many pellets in the fire pot during startup. Happens sometimes, this is why I keep the lid open at startup.

    I blew up one of the little ones same way. Needed a puff of oxygen and when it got it she blew the door open
