Every time I make bread, I get this itch to do something different. I always love experimenting and this time, I went all in!

🔥 Gochujang, cheddar, and cream cheese with corn, finished with a soy-honey glaze.
🔥 And another batch of rolls filled with mahu (pork floss) and furikake.

Broooow… both came out so good for a first try. Definitely keeping these in the rotation!

Not the fuckin pork floss looking GLORIOUS on top of that beauty.

When I make savory rolls, I love using pork floss and furikake (the one with seaweed). I’ll also add scallions in there as well and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Another savory flavor combo is scallions + salt + oil. This is the bread version of scallion pancakes.

    Well done!

    I should try that gochujang/cheese/cream cheese/corn combo.

That looks incredible. How did you do the soy honey glaze?
