When you turn on the SV the temp resets? Mine holds

If it’s a joule it tells you the temp of your last cook in the history section

What cut is it? The whole one looks like a filet but the pieces do not unless you sliced it with a rusty spoon

Looks like a 50 degree Celsius steak to me. 90 minutes at that temperature will get you close to that.

Yeah, so drunk still you can’t now look at your SV cooker to see what temp it’s set to?

That’s rare at 125 degrees. Med rare is 129 on my sous vide.
