One of my favorite things about summer in the pacific northwest is this delicious, abundant, invasive species 😆
Used the recipe in pic three, but tweaked it a little. No coconut oil, added 10 g chia seeds, and like 8x the berries. 355 calories for a breakfast bar the size of my hand (cut pan into 6 bars). Warmed it up and put 50g yogurt on top for breakfast! So dang good.

Just realized the bottom the recipe got cut off. You’re supposed to bake for 35-40 minutes and let cool before cutting. I have a convection oven and found that 30 minutes was perfect.

Did you grow all those? What zone do you live in if so
