    The reason it tasted the same as prime rib is ribeye is from the same part of the cow as prime rib. Great job on the cook.

    If you have a smoker, try smoking it until it’s at about 120 or degrees at the thickest part, throw it in a pan for a few minutes on each side to sear it, plate it with a pat of butter and cover with foil for 3 – 10 minutes. Time and temp may vary depending on thickness of steak.
