Also is everyone one with a BGE that paranoid? (No offence I love my two). But I can also see some owners buying ultrasound inspection equipment. This isn’t an airplane turbine. It’s a BBQ. 😛

Those look like surface scratches, are you sure it’s cracked? Just seems too smooth to me, not random enough for ceramic cracks

Are you sure it’s a crack? It might just be some of the silicone that seals the draft door.

If it’s just the surface glaze, then it’s fine, if it’s the actual ceramic then I probably wouldn’t.

It wouldn’t be a concern on your driveway or a hard surface patio. Perhaps not on a wooden or fake wood deck.
