I picked up a vortex on clearance at Walmart maybe a year ago. We love the wings and the thighs and the legs that it puts out the traditional way. However, cooking a whole chicken inside an upside down vortex is a game changer for me. This is the third bird I’ve cooked this way and it consistently puts out the best whole chicken I’ve been able to make.

    another great way to use the Vortex. I haven’t tried this yet, I’ll have to add this to my summer plans.
