Pont-L’évêque

Tried this for the first time. The first slice I didn’t really enjoy. I love soft stinky cheeses but this was a bit on the nose. Today my partner enquired if the stink in the fridge was cheese, I confirmed. So I thought I’d give it another go, and maybe finish it off so it didn’t stink the fridge out. It went really well with some garlic crackers we had!
