Spicy chicken tenders with king oyster mushroom steaks. These mushrooms are my new favorite food Ive discovered since starting this diet! (~500 calories)

    ~300g of chicken tenders tossed in dirty bird seasoning, cooked in air fryer (375 for 12 mins)

    3 whole king oyser mushrooms cut into quarter to half inch “steaks”. Browned both sides of all steaks (took 2 batches). Then added half red onion (cut into “moons”) and 3 cloves minced garlic to pan with some water. Once onions went translucent I re-added the steaks into pan and then poured over sauce of 1tbsp balsalmic vinegar, ~2tbsp water, rosemary, thyme, and 1tsp miso paste (all premixed stirred seperately). Let combine until sauce became slightly thick.

    Small amounts of cooking oil used. Also I dipped the tenders in some kinder BBQ sauce.
