Love this Tyler! I have been wanting to try hake, I saw some hake cheeks, it looks so delicate! I could only imagine the cheeks are even more so.
Not sure the Cornish would be best pleased with you using a picture of the White Cliffs of Dover (on the other side of the country!) but very informative review as per usual, must try and get some of these when I’m next down in Cornwall.
This tin looks awesome don’t think I’ve tried hake before now that I think about it.
