What was the point of the plate? Why is the pasta literally splattered on the counter?
Constructively, it does look like the sauce broke and the cheese is clumpy meaning it didnt emulsify fully.

So many stupid comments here obviously don’t see that you have the pasta in a big bowl 🤦🏼♀️ Hope it was good! I love pasta, but haven’t actually made that version, how did you like it? Does the vodka really add a valuable flavor? 🙂

First time: looks good! It would be weird if you hit it 100% the first time. I see that it’s in a bowl, not on a plate like a moron. Sauce is thick, maybe over reduced but nothing a couple drops of water and some stirring can’t fix. The only real critique I have is the knife skills on the basil. Not terrible, just needs some practice.
Most importantly: how did it taste?

*On a side note, I will never understand why there always have to be some chopped parsley/cilantro on top on pasta dishes.
