Ingredients:
(Tsp – Teaspoon Tbsp – Tablespoon lb – Pounds gm – Grams)
Sun-dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil – 8 oz or 8.5 oz bottle
Fresh Italian Basil – 2 oz
Garlic – 2 cloves peeled
Freshly Ground Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp or to taste
Freshly Grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Parmesan Cheese – 2 oz
Detailed Process:
To a blender jar, add Sun-dried Tomatoes including the olive Oil, Basil, Garlic, Black pepper powder and salt. Grind to with coarse or fine paste. Transfer to a bowl. Add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Parmesan. Combine everything well. Use it right away or store in the refrigerator up to a week (if stored & handled properly). Use it as a spread, as a pasta sauce, as a pizza sauce or topping, on Bruschetta, on Bagel with cream cheese. Enjoy!

Hello everyone, welcome to a good plate. Pesto with sundried tomatoes and fresh basil is tangy and can be used in multiple ways. Let’s take a look at the ingredients needed. Take eight or 8.5 oz bottle of sundried tomatoes in olive oil. Add the sun-dried tomatoes along with the oil to a blender jar. Salt half a teaspoon or to taste. Freshly ground black pepper powder 1 teaspoon. Two large cloves of garlic peeled. 2 oz of fresh Italian basil leaves. Grind these to a semi coarse or fine paste. Transfer the pesto to a bowl. To the pesto, add 2 oz of freshly grated Parmesan cheese or paragano reano. Combine everything well. You can use it right away or store in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks if stored and handled properly. You can use a sun-dried tomato basil pesto as a spread, on brisketa, as a pasta sauce, as a pizza sauce. You can also spread it on a bagel along with the cream cheese.
