i took a ti theramisu class in Italy so you don’t have to and this this is the most perfect tiramisu you will ever have creamy but light soft but slices like a dream not too sweet not too bitter just exactly right in every single way now thermoses seem simple but actually every detail matters from the brand of maserone to the ratio of ingredients to exactly how you whip the eggs don’t worry though I’ve tested it all for you so you can just trust this recipe with your eyes closed and instead of arguing with strangers on the internet over the right way to make tiramisu you can just choose the method that works best for you wanted to be more light and airy and authentic use egg whites want it to be creamier swap in for whipped cream don’t want raw eggs just use a double boiler like I do my recipe gives you all of the options and this might sound low-key crazy but I even found the perfect dish to go with the perfect turisu honestly this is a classic for a reason
