woulda been a 10 w crawfish.
(you might have your reasons for no crawfish, but if my friend/relative told me to come over for a seafood boil…woulda expected crawfish.)

I’m kinda invested in this type of cooking.
Lots of places have tons of sauce on their boils. But this one looks like a few other types I’ve seen where they would boil together with seasoning and leave inside.
